A sophisticated new conditioning monitoring service has been launched by Westin Drives.
It's an exciting development in preventative maintenance in which permanent vibration sensors are installed to allow constant monitoring of customers' essential assets.

Once installed, data from the sensors can be analysed by our technicians, and the client, to help forestall issues that could cause expensive downtime.
The first systems were fitted last week for a local textile manufacturer on two separate sites.
Two sensors at the second site were fixed to the transfer gearbox of Roving machines whose bearings have caused costly downtime in the past.
They were placed close to key bearings to obtain the most accurate data. Our technical staff have been monitoring the readings to identify any issues that might occur.
Our cost-effective packages, explained below, offer more than just vibration analysis. Any machine or plant equipment can be connected and monitored and the service is scalable to meet the needs of your equipment.
