Positive feedback for installation of energy-efficient WEG motor

It’s great to receive positive feedback from customers, in this case the Operations Director of a company that manufactures lighting systems.
We were contacted by the firm with a report of a failed motor. It powered a powder coating machine vital to the company’s production.
An engineer went out the same day to assess and a replacement WEG Premium Efficiency 18.5kW motor was deemed the best solution for speed and increased energy efficiency benefits.
We returned to site with the new motor from stock the following day, fitted it, tensioned the belts and got the system back up and running.
Afterwards, the Operations Director wrote: ‘A quick message to say thank you to your engineers for their work yesterday. They worked brilliantly with our team here to get the motor installed and functional. We really appreciate the service provided by your company from start to finish.’
