Job: Electro-Mechanical Fitter
Job Description: Primarily a workshop-based role working within a team of multi-skilled engineers undertaking the service & repair of electro-mechanical equipment such as electric motors, pumps, fans & gearboxes.
The role includes dismantling the above equipment, fault finding, diagnosis and repair as well as the assembly of gearboxes from stock to suit the customers’ requirements. Occasional requirement for sitework. Occasional requirement for overtime.
Training to be given to expand the role and develop or enhance skills in all areas but particularly in electrical testing & balancing of rotating components where necessary.
Working times: 8:00am to 4:30pm. Monday to Friday. Overtime is time and a half during the week and double time after the first 4 hours on Saturday, double time all day on Sundays.
Pay: subject to experience.
Holidays: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Job: Group Business Development Manager
Position Overview

They are well established within the industrial, offshore and maritime markets, and have customers dating back 30+ years.
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven individual to carry out business development for the group as a whole. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be the key driver in developing business for the complete offering of the group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and the ability to create and translate strategic objectives into practical sales plans.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, provide insights to the board.

Identify new market opportunities and carryout business development initiatives.

Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience
Minimum five years of proven sales experience.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
