External Sales Representative

Role: External Sales Representative

Location: Huddersfield

Hours: Full time – Mon to Fri

Job role

This is an exciting opportunity for the applicant to establish a long-term career with a well-established and expanding business, in excellent working conditions. Westin Group of Engineering companies provides products and services to the manufacturing and marine industries. Training opportunities will be available for personal development.

Examples of primary responsibilities:

    •    Arranging and attending customer meetings

    •    Sourcing new leads and customers through cold calling, emails or other means of business


    •    Retaining existing clients and building on existing business

    •    Selling products and services and upselling customers if required

    •    Producing sales reports at regular intervals for management

    •    Attending business events or presentations

    •    Staying on top of local sales, business and marketing trends to identify new opportunities for sales               in the area

The role will involve working on and off site. Due to the varied nature of the work, this will suit an individual with a flexible and self-motivated approach. 

Minimum Experience required

    •    2 years dealing with customers in a professional environment

    •    Driving licence
