Adam’s journey is a great example of where an apprenticeship can lead. Through dedication, learning and support, he rose to a management position while working for a degree in electrical and electronic engineering.

His message to young people exploring career paths? “Work experience is crucial in this field, but it can be hard to come by unless you reach out to local companies.

"Whether it's fixing things at home or tinkering with personal projects, those early hands-on experiences can give you a real head start.”
