A prominent food producer in Leeds suffered a breakdown on one of its machines which was sent to us for repair.

Our engineers inspected the state of the SEW gearbox, which had been repaired and rewound previously by a third party, and concluded that it was beyond economic repair.

To minimise downtime, a Radicon alternative was offered to the client who readily agreed. The new gearbox was built from stock to replace the old unit .
